Check List

 

Check list of formalities to be completed by Loanees

 

1. Promoter:

i) Bio-data of proprietor/Partners/ directors together with certificates in support of experience, age & qualification.
ii) Statement of Assets & Liabilities of promoter/partners/directors.
iii) Balance Sheet with profit &loss account of associated Concerns for the last three years.
iv) Two photographs of each promoter/partners/directors duly attested by gazetted Officer.
v) Latest Income tax assessment orders of the concern, sister concerns, Promoter/Directors/Partners.

 

2. Constitution:

i) Copy of partnership deed in case of firm.
ii) Memorandum & Articles of Association & Certificate of incorporation in case of Pvt. Ltd. Companies.

 

3. Project:

i) Copy of provisional registration (SIA, I&C)
ii) Permission from Tourism Department in case of Hotels.
iii) Project report/scheme duly prepared by approved Consultant.
iv) Bio-data of Consultants.

 

4. Land:

i) Latest Intikhab girdawari, Intikhab Jamabandi, Aks Shajra Khasra (not more than three months old) in case land is inherited owned indicating the ownership of land (valuation certificate by Tehsildar).
ii) Allotment letter of land from DIC, SICOP, SIDCO as the case may be.
iii) Lease deed of land.
iv) Location Map (Site Plan)
v) Gift deed or Agreement to sell.

 

5. Site Development:

i) Detailed estimates for leveling of land, raising of boundary wall, construction of roads, fixing of gates etc duly certified by a Civil Engineer.

 

6. Factory building:

i) Detailed estimates and plan of factory building prepared by an Engineer.
ii) Permission from Municipal Committee/ Town Area Committee/ Notified Area Committee/ Development Agency/SICOP/SIDCO as per the requirement.
iii) Plan & estimate in respect of Hotels prepared by an Architect and duly approved by Tourism Department.

 

7. Plant & Machinery:

i) 2 or 3 quotations in respect of each item of machinery from the reputed suppliers together with the illustrated literature indicating specifications, capacity guarantee etc.
ii) In case Plant & Machinery is envisaged to be acquired on turn-key basis necessary agreement entered into be submitted.
iii) In case Plant & Machinery is to be fabricated locally, details whereof are to be given indicating the advantages.
iv) Quotations of tools, spare parts etc. to be furnished.
v) Technical know how available, fee if any to be consultants, to be indicated together with the agreement copy.
vi) Plant layout.

8. Misc. Fixed Assets:

i) 2 or 3 quotation in respect of each item of misc. fixed assets like laboratory equipment, vehicles, fixture, furniture, sanitary equipment, Kitchen equipment, air conditioning, D.G set etc.
ii) Provision for distribution of power, cabling etc.

 

9. Implementation Schedule: (activity wise time required)

10. Sanction letter of power form PDD.

11. Sanction letter of water from PHE Department.

12. NOC from Pollution Control Board/ Measures proposed for treatment of effluents.

13. NOC from various financial institutions.

14. Firm Commitment from the banker that necessary working capital will be provided to the unit.

 

15. Details about:

i) Cost of Project & means of finance with documentary evidence.
ii) Raw material availability- cost & source- Maximum & Average Inventory proposed to be maintained.
iii) A write up about the Production Cycle.
iv) Process of Manufacturing.
v) Market of the end products/ Data on demand & Supply.

 

16. Securities:

i) Primary (Mortgage)
ii) Collateral
iii) Third Party Guarantee
iv) Personal Guarantee

 

17. In case of existing units (For expansion/modernization)

Details of existing land /civil work/ Plant & Macinery/Misc. Fixed Assets duly supported with Audited Balance Sheet & other related documents.

 

18. Technical knows How/ collaboration (furnish copy of agreement).
