- Financial Growth & Profitability: JKDFC’s Net Worth rose from ₹174.29 crore to ₹184.53 crore, reflecting steady growth and resilience. Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY 2024–25 surged to ₹1,024.32 lakh, up from ₹384.65 lakh in FY 2023–24, highlighting improved efficiency and strong financial performance.
- Entrepreneurial Support: The Corporation continues to operate on profitable lines, providing vital financial assistance to entrepreneurs and distinguishing itself among Government run Non Banking Non Deposit Financial Companies (NBFCs).
- Nodal Agency Role: Acting as a nodal agency for DPIIT, Government of India, JKDFC disbursed ₹24,582.58 lakh to beneficiary units in J&K and Ladakh under central subsidy schemes during the year.
- Expanding Credit Outreach: By FY 2024–25, JKDFC sanctioned loans worth ₹12,860.85 lakh across 412 cases, underscoring its growing role in financing diverse sectors of the economy.
- Diversified Lending Portfolio: The Corporation has strategically broadened its portfolio to include tourism, small transport operators, diagnostic centres, contractors, renewable energy projects, and tailored schemes for schools, colleges, hospitals, and home stays—strengthening industrial, social, and economic development across the Union Territories.
- Regional Expansion: JKDFC has progressively extended its footprint, with the Corporate Office established in Srinagar (2008) and branch offices opened in Leh (2021) and Kargil (2024), ensuring inclusive access to financial services in remote regions.
- Strategic Partnerships: A landmark MoU was signed with Eicher Trucks & Buses to accelerate commercial vehicle financing across J&K and Ladakh, reinforcing JKDFC’s role in enabling growth and mobility.
- Enhanced Exposure Limits: JKDFC Ltd. enhanced the total exposure limit for both single and group borrowers from the existing Rs. 15 Cr to Rs. 20 Cr.

As part of the Harit Yoga Initiative, a special plantation drive was carried out. Numerous saplings were planted, symbolising the link between personal wellness & environmental responsibility -
Sanitary napkins were distributed to female students in Bal Ashram to ensure menstrual hygiene & to support there education by reducing absenteesm -
Tracksuits were distributed to students to encourage physical activity & sports participation -
School bags were donated to underprivileged students to facilitiate better organisation & management of there school materials -
On International Day of Yoga , JKDFC organised yoga campaign to cultivate a culture of mindfulness, health & community engagement -
Under Swachhta Hi Seva 2025 campaign, a cleanliness drive was undertaken at a pre-selected CTU( Cleanliness Target Unit ) across J&K -
A voluntary blood donation camp was organised wherein 50 units of blood was donated by the JKDFC staff demonstrating their commitment to critical healthcare needs . -
